Return Policy
In-Stock Items
Park Supply does not require a deposit on stock items.
We will gladly accept returns on non-defective in-stock items that are in “NIB” (new in box) condition. This means that the item is complete with all its parts, has not been installed, and is in the original packaging. Returns will be reimbursed by the same payment method of the original purchase.
Special order (Non-stock) items
Park Supply requires special ordered items to be paid in full before being ordered.
In the event that a non-defective special ordered item needs to be returned, Park Supply will need to first acquire a return authorization from the manufacturer. Please note that some manufacturers do not allow non-defective returns. If the manufacturer rejects our return request and does not issue Park Supply a return authorization, we will be unable to issue a refund for the item. Please note that manufacturers that do allow returns typically charge a restocking fee from 25%-50% of the cost of the item. The original freight cost is not refundable.
The special order item must be in “NIB” condition.
Park Supply will provide a refund on a special order item after the manufacturer’s credit has been received by Park Supply. The refund issued to the customer will be the original purchase price, less the manufacturers restock fee, minus the shipping cost associated with returning the item to the manufacturer.
